Hello, I'm Santiago
I'm the Founder & Managing Partner at Ferrix Ventures, where we invest in and accelerate established Latino-owned businesses with $1-10M revenue, transforming them into tech-enabled companies through our 12-week Ferrix Accelerator program. I also serve as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at NanoFreeze, a bio-nanotechnology startup reducing energy consumption in commercial and industrial refrigeration.
Previously, I served as Chief of Staff at Share Ventures, a LA-based venture studio, where I led the fundraising process for a $50M fund and developed go-to-market strategies for portfolio companies. I co-founded Agua for Devs, a developer productivity tool adopted by 280+ users at top companies like Microsoft, Mercado Libre, and Asana, while building a global community of over 500 developers.
